why outdoor workout is Better ?

Something about me: I haven’t always been a runner. I haven’t always even liked to exercise, in fact. It was a combination of events during my late 20s (including a new job) that changed my outlook, had me joining a netball team and, eventually, taking up running. My point is, you never know what you’ll end up doing – how many of you triathletes started out as runners and swore that was your first love? Sport and fitness can unveil all sorts of things you never knew about yourself, and that’s what keeps us coming back for more. If you’ve just started out and find it a bore, have a look to see if there’s another sport you can try – I firmly believe there’s something out there for everyone, and at the very least you’ll have got in a bit of cross-training, which is great for any athlete, experienced or novice. Whatever your level, this year, why not make an effort to entertain a few new ideas? I’m not saying you have to stick to anything, just try it – what’s the worst that could happen....
